1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our site and consultancy offerings.

2. Scope of Services

Dew Drops International Career Consultants provides overseas registration support, examination coaching (IELTS, OET, CBT, OSCE), placement coordination, and visa processing guidance for healthcare professionals. We act as a facilitator between nursing candidates and international employers.

3. Recruitment Placement Policies

In alignment with international healthcare recruitment standards and our strict **Zero Placement Fee Policy**, we do not charge candidates placement or recruitment fees for jobs in the UK (NHS) and Ireland (HSE). Candidates are solely responsible for official third-party fees, such as:

• Professional council evaluation fees (NMC, NMBI, AHPRA, NCNZ).
• Official test centers (IELTS, OET, CBT).
• Government visa application and police clearance (PCC) fees.

4. Candidate Obligations & Verification

Candidates must provide 100% accurate, complete, and truthful documents, clinical experience logs, and academic transcripts. Providing forged, altered, or falsified documentation will result in immediate termination of placement support and reporting to appropriate nursing boards.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maximize placement success rates and guide visa files diligently, we do not guarantee job offers, visa approvals, or nursing board registrations, as these decisions rest entirely with the respective healthcare employers, embassies, and regulatory boards.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of External Affairs recruitment licenses rules, without regard to conflict of law principles.
